Prof. Mahendra Chouhan is a Board Advisor & Management Educator. He is an acknowledged expert on embedding Sustainability & ESG in Corporate strategy and helps companies achieve sustainable growth & long term competitive advantage via good corporate governance & sustainable business practices.
He is Chairman – Mahendra & Young Knowledge Foundation and Vice Chairman – Global Advisory Board, Asian Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability. Mahendra is Consultant to IFC World Bank Group on Corporate Governance. He is certified Trainer for board of Directors, Certified by IFC World Bank Group. He is founding Chairman of Fino Payment Bank, and successfully led the bank from (2017 -2022).
Outside India, Mahendra is Member of Global Council of International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), UK and Member of Independent Appointment Committee (IAC) for selecting & appointments of Global Sustainability Standard Board Members GSSB of GRI. He is also Member of the Global Board of International Institute for Governance & Leadership, The Netherlands
Mahendra is an Internationally acclaimed speaker on Corporate Governance & Sustainability, frequently invited as a Faculty for board training by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA). Prof. Chouhan is Founding Dean of Mervyn King Academy for Sustainable Development Goals in Asia. He sits on the board of several companies as Independent Director, within & outside India.
PROF. ANITA CHOUHAN

Prof Anita Chouhan is Executive trustee of Mahendra & Young Knowledge Foundation, a registered not for profit foundation focussed on Governance & Sustainability. She is also visiting faculty at NMIMS University, Mumbai. Anita is head of sustainability training at the Asian Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability, she is a Certified Training Partner for Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Amsterdam. She trains professionals and consults on globally accepted GRI Standards for Sustainability Reporting.
Since 2005, Anita has been visiting faculty for top b-schools and has taught business ethics, corporate governance & CSR. She has completed a Train the Trainer workshop on “Board Leadership Training” conducted by the Global Corporate Governance Forum – OECD-Worldbank initiative.
Nasser Munjee

An alumni of London School of Economics, Nasser has held various positions at HDFC Ltd-Pioneers of Housing Finance in India for over 20 years, including Executive Director. He has been the founding managing director of IDFC Ltd- Indias leading Infrastructure Development Finance Corporation and former chairman of DCB Bank India. He is also on the Boards of various multinational companies and trusts. He has been on several Public Corporate Boards in India which include Tata Motors, Britannia Industries, Go Airlines, ABB India Ltd- A Pioneering Technology Leader, and Ambuja Cements Ltd.
Currently, he sits on the boards of Cummins India, Indian Hotels (Taj Group of hotels), and many other large companies. Nasser is also a member of the Global Advisory board of Asian Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability. Nasser was a technical advisor to the World Bank’s Public Private Partnership Infrastructure and Advisory Fund. He has also been the President of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry and has served on numerous Government Task Forces on housing, infrastructure and urban development.

Judy is Chair of the Global Sustainability Standards Board, an independent body created by GRI with responsibility for setting the standards used by over 10,000 organisations every year as the basis for their sustainability reporting. Judy is a member of the UN Principles for Responsible Investment’s (PRI) Reporting and Assessment Advisory Committee, a body that seeks to improve reporting and disclosure around responsible investment with investors, asset owners, and service providers.
Judy is Chief Executive of Sancroft International Limited a Global Consulting company in sustainability space. She leads Sancroft’s team of sustainability experts. Judy’s career in sustainable business and ESG began over twenty-five years ago.
Judy is an experienced facilitator, and an expert in corporate reporting, strategy and ESG integration. Her expertise includes the investment, energy, food, extractives and technology sectors.
Judy is a United States citizen and studied English at Boston College.
